This privacy notice explains what information NintyNineApps ("we", "us")
collects when you use our apps and websites, how we use it, and the
choices you have. It applies to all NintyNineApps products, including the
67s game.
Information we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. In 67s and our
other apps we may process the following:
Gameplay data stored on your device — scores, progress, settings. This stays local unless you sign in to Google Play Games.
Google Play Games data — if you sign in, leaderboard scores and your Play Games player ID are handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
Advertising data — our apps may show ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) to deliver and measure ads.
Crash & diagnostic data — anonymous crash reports and performance metrics via the Google Play platform, used only to fix bugs and improve stability.
We do not ask you to sign up, and we do not collect your
name, email address, contacts, photos, location, or microphone/camera
input in 67s.
How we use information
To run the app and save your progress on your device.
To submit scores to leaderboards (only if you sign in to Google Play Games).
To show and measure ads that support free play.
To diagnose crashes and improve the app.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. Limited data may be processed by the
following third parties so the app can work:
Google Play Services / Google Play Games — sign-in, leaderboards, achievements.
Google AdMob — ad serving and measurement.
Google Play Console — crash reports and install/usage metrics.
Ads — you can reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
Play Games — sign-in is optional; you can play and keep local progress without it.
Delete data — uninstalling the app removes locally stored progress. To request deletion of any Play Games data, contact us at the address below.
Children
Our apps are suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided
us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this notice occasionally. The "Effective" date at the top
reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the
